My friend, Joyce 11/26/2011
My Thanksgiving was wonderful! I spent the entire day with family and was loved on all day. In addition, the house smelled absolutely delightful! My mamma spent the entire day fussing around the kitchen and although I tried to help her by lying close to her, I did trip her a few times. She made me move back some so I wouldn't get hurt. I was sort of hoping she'd drop some of that good smellin' stuff on the ground. But, she didn't. She seems to have a sixth sense for sensing when I'm behind her. It was great fun and even more surprising was that I got an email from my old friend, Joyce! Joyce was the first person I met when I was taken to the kill shelter in Tennessee. She worked hard to get me out so I could enjoy my senior years helping others. She was so happy to see how well I was doing and was impressed with my new job! I love Joyce for helping me and all my other friends at the shelter. My mamma says it's people like Joyce who make the world a better place. Thanks, Joyce! You have an open invitation to come to Tulsa and see my new digs anytime! Comments04/24/2012 03:07
